Health Care Coverage
The level of coverage within a specific health care plans determines what types of services are available, how accessible it is to the patients, and the percentage of the population that actually has coverage. Further, in private plans, wealthier individuals may be able to pay more for the coverage for more services. Also, private plans allow the more risk-averse to pay less than their peers as they are less likely to require assistance from the insurer. Do the poor qualify for any form of coverage, or are they left out to dry?
